Founder & Lead Content Creator

Saloni Nagar

Founder, Bark & Meow Tales

Saloni Nagar is a devoted cat parent and the creator of Bark & Meow Tales. Her work is driven by firsthand experience caring for multiple cats, navigating medical emergencies, and learning—often the hard way—how critical early awareness and informed action can be.

After losing one of her cats due to delayed recognition of severe health complications, Saloni committed herself to learning cat behavior, nutrition, emergency response, and preventive care in depth. Bark & Meow Tales was created to translate that learning into simple, actionable guidance for other pet parents.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Content ideation based on real pet parent challenges
  • Research and drafting of articles
  • Simplifying complex veterinary topics
  • Ensuring content is practical, empathetic, and user-focused

Saloni writes from the perspective of a pet parent—so information is not only accurate, but relatable and easy to apply in real life.
